Dart Charge: Up to 1.1m Dart Charge accounts are managed by Highways England, of these 75,000 are business accounts. Following our recent meeting with Highways England, which covered concerns raised by our members, Highways England are hoping to introduce a number of new initiatives in 2017 and are happy to discuss directly any issues you are having trouble resolving.

BVRLA members concerned about new vehicle emissions test
