ICFM Refund Policy
In the unlikely event of default by The Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM), the following refund policy will apply.
Refund for any outstanding course module activity at a pro-rata rate will be paid to the students or their sponsoring body within 14 days of the default day in situations where:
1) The course does not start at the agreed commencement date and no alternative dates are provided by the ICFM
2) The course stops being provided after it commences and before it is completed and no alternative dates for completion are offered by the ICFM
As Membership of the Institute constitutes an intangible product or service, no refunds will be offered against Membership under any circumstances.
