Robert Goodwill confirmed as keynote speaker for 15th ICFM Annual Members? Conference

Robert Goodwill, the Shadow Minister for Transport, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the 15th Annual Members, Conference of the Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM), to be held at The Honda Institute at Colnbrook near London Heathrow on March 11.
ICFM chairman, Roddy Graham observed: We are delighted to have secured Robert Goodwill to speak at our conference. To have the Shadow Minister for Transport as our keynote speaker further endorses the standing of the ICFM. Employees in charge of fleet can play a pivotal role in the future of transport in this country. I am sure that Robert Goodwill?s address will not only reflect our green theme of 'Drive Less - Achieve More' but will be thought-provoking and add further clarity to the Tories? position on the important subject of transport.
Robert Goodwill has been the MP for Scarborough and Whitby since 2005 and was Opposition Whip between 2006 and 2007. He was a member of the Commons Select Committee for Transport between 2005 and 2006 and is Treasurer of the All-Party Historic Vehicles Group. He was an MEP for Yorkshire and the Humber between 1999 and 2004.
He is a keen steam traction engine enthusiast.
Other speakers for the event include Don Potts, environmental advisor to Volvo, Tim Anderson, fleet advice manager at The Energy Savings Trust and Mark Cowling, director of CAP. Alec Stewart OBE, England's most-capped cricketer ever, is the guest after-lunch speaker.
