ICFM Council
The ICFM Council comprises a team of experienced fleet professionals who each play a full part in the management of the Institute to ensure that its aims are fulfilled by:
Establishing and reviewing strategic goals for the development of the Institute and advancement of the profession in the best interests of its members.
Facilitating the delivery of the Institute's core education and training packages.
Evaluating and planning initiatives to develop professional standards in the industry, to reflect changing requirements and to respond to feedback from members.
Planning, organising and promoting the annual national members' conference.
Forging strategic partnerships with current and potential sponsors and stakeholders.
Communicating with members and the industry in general.
Managing the financial and operational performance of the Institute and its activities.
